Description
The Ohannes choco-coloured crew-neck jumper is inspired by the cable-knit jumpers once worn by Irish sailors. We have retained the character of these iconic designs whilst creating a loose-fitting cut, designed to offer generous volume and a comfortable fit.
Made in France, the Ohannes jumper is knitted from a fully recycled yarn sourced from a French spinning mill. Comprising 70% recycled wool, 25% recycled polyamide and 5% other fibres, it combines warmth, durability and a lovely fullness thanks to a thick, airy carded yarn.
The varied cable patterns, knitted on size 3 needles, give the jumper its distinctive character. Their textured effect highlights the knitting work and emphasises the inspiration behind the jumper, whilst giving it a distinctly contemporary feel.
The choco colour brings out the full depth of the cables and showcases the richness of the knit. A jumper made from recycled wool, manufactured in France using Nitto Knitwear’s expertise, designed to be worn for many seasons to come.
