DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Delivery and transport costs

Items are delivered in mainland France within 4 to 5 working days of the order being confirmed. Delivery is made by Colissimo within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery is free for orders over €180 to Metropolitan France and Belgium.

For orders below this amount, delivery costs are as follows:

Colissimo point relais:

 

- 4€ or orders weighing less than 0.250 kg (estimated delivery time: 4 to 5 working days) ;

- 6€ for orders over 0.250kg (estimated delivery time: 4 to 5 working days).

Colissimo home delivery: 

- 6€ for orders under 0.250kg (estimated delivery time: 2 to 3 working days) ; 

- 9€ for orders over 0.250kg (estimated delivery time: 2 to 3 working days). 

For deliveries outside mainland France:

MBTJM undertakes to dispatch Products within a reasonable time after validation of the order. The delivery times indicated are given as an indication and do not constitute an obligation of result.

 

Returns

You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to return any products that are not to your satisfaction, in exchange for an exchange or refund.

The following conditions must be met for the return to be accepted:

- The product must be returned in its original packaging, in new, unworn and unwashed condition, with its label intact.

- Items that have been damaged or whose labels have been detached cannot be returned.

Returns are offered from metropolitan France via Colissimo, with a prepaid returns label valid for 7 days.
