The Haig Medium Grey Beanie is crafted in our workshop in France from 100% extra-fine merino wool (19.5 microns). Knitted in a heavy gauge, it offers a fuller, more generous shape than the Ara beanie while retaining all the natural qualities of extra-fine merino wool.

Its dense 2×2 rib construction is fully fashioned and knitted without seams, creating a textured knit that provides a secure and comfortable fit. The pronounced rib structure gives the beanie its distinctive character while highlighting the quality and precision of the craftsmanship.

The medium grey colour enhances the definition of the ribbed knit and showcases the regularity of every stitch. A Made in France chunky merino wool beanie, crafted with the expertise and craftsmanship of Nitto Knitwear.

RWS yarn: wool from sheep raised humanely (mulesing prohibited), sustainably managed pastures, guaranteed traceability from sheep to finished product.

Size & fit +

The Haig beanie has a slightly fuller shape than the Ara beanie thanks to its heavier-gauge knit.

Its dense knit provides a comfortable fit while remaining flexible enough to adapt naturally to different head shapes.

Care instructions +

Hand wash in cold water or machine wash at a maximum of 20°C on the wool or delicate cycle (for cotton). Maximum spin at 800 rpm. Dry flat.

Returns and Delivery +

Delivery is free for purchases over 200€. Below this amount, your contribution is 4€ for collection from a pick-up point or 6€ for home delivery for orders under 75€, and 6€ for collection from a pick-up point or 9€ for home delivery for orders between 75€ and 200€. Please refer to our terms and conditions of sale for rates outside mainland France.
