Armen V-Neck Jumper - Navy Mix
Description
The Armen Navy Mix V-neck sweater is crafted in our workshop in France from a yarn developed by the British spinning mill Z. Hinchliffe & Sons. Made from 75% Super Geelong lambswool and 25% angora, it features a lightweight, warm, and exceptionally soft knit that can be worn directly against the skin.
Knitted seamlessly on a circular machine at gauge 8, the sweater is crafted in one piece. Its generous, deep V-neck, hand-sewn during assembly, gives it a bold silhouette. We envisioned it worn over a white V-neck T-shirt, or one in a lighter shade than the sweater itself, to highlight the V-neck’s distinctive character.
Numerous adjustments to the knitting, washing, and fulling processes were necessary to achieve the desired texture, volume, and softness. This process results in a lightweight, warm, and durable knit, while maintaining the structure that is the hallmark of the Armen model.
The “navy mix” colorway combines a deep navy blue with various shades of gray, revealing the full richness of the Geelongora yarn and its light, natural downy texture. A V-neck sweater made in France in the same workshop since 1972, where craftsmanship has been passed down through three generations.

Our model Anis (short-haired, brown-haired) is 1.91 meters tall and wears a size XL; Christ (shaved head) is 1.90 meters tall and wears a size XL.
